The combination of the plush fur and open back makes these equally warm and breathable. We wore them for about 4 hours a day and had no complaints. We found them to be extremely comfortable, despite not having dedicated arch support. The thick fur lining and rubber sole provided plenty of support and traction when walking on hardwood, tile, carpet, and even concrete. Other Uggs tend to feel heavy, but we found these to be rather lightweight, causing us to forget we even had them on. As with all Uggs, they may feel a bit snug at first, however, as you wear them, the fur mats down and contours to your foot for a perfect fit. We tested these slippers for four weeks and were blown away by how comfortable they were and how well they fit. Unsurprisingly, Ugg makes some of our favorite slippers, including this classic slip-on style, the Scuff Sis Slipper. Upper Material: Wool | Lining Material: Suede leather | Outsole Material: EVA | Care Instructions: Not Listed Price at time of publish: Zappos: $99.95 | REI: $99.95 Still, they feel just as comfortable and warm as the first time we wore them. After three months of daily wear, the lining has matted and worn down by the heel, which is to be expected with constant use. The hard sole can take a few days to get used to, but the durability and warmth of this choice make it worth the buy. We found that they feel exactly like the traditional Birkenstock clogs, with an added layer of warmth. With a shearling lining, they kept our feet warm during the winter but never felt uncomfortable or sweaty. They also offer a bit more support than a traditional slipper, which we love because of the molding on the heel and the thick cork sole. These slippers are a great option for indoor and outdoor use. We tested these Birkenstocks which have the brand's iconic cork-latex footbed for three months. Upper Material: Polyester | Lining Material: Polyester | Outsole Material: Rubber | Care Instructions: Not ListedĬlogs offer sample support and are easy to slip on and off. Still, for such a low price, they are great if you’re in a pinch or are preparing to have many house guests. Plus, they are only available in two sizes, which is limiting. However, the light colors do get dirty easily, and we can’t guarantee they will last for years. They seem flexible and easy to pack away. We love the idea of buying a few pairs of these slippers to travel with or keep in a guest room. While we did not test these slippers personally, we were impressed by the low price point, spa-like design, and plush lining. Similar to the slippers you would receive at a spa, the plush insole keeps your feet warm but not sweaty, while the rubber sole provides ample traction on all surfaces, even outdoors. The Tasjon slippers are less than $5, come in two neutral colors (gray and white), and are made from 90 percent recycled polyester. If you’re on a tight budget but still want an easy slip-on shoe to wear around the house, Ikea has you covered. Upper Material: Suede | Lining Material: Sheepskin, wool | Outsole Material: Rubber | Care Instructions: Spot clean We love the stylish design, including the brand's signature 'Tasman braid', that can definitely complement any fall or winter outfits, especially with fun colors available like baby pink and cherry red. Because of the thick rubber soles, they feel more like traditional shoes than slippers, which is great for busy days at home or short ventures outside. After a few wears, they become much easier to slide on and off and provide comfort for hours even on days when you are constantly on your feet. This guarantees that the slippers won’t slip off your feet, and the rubber sole provides proper traction on all surfaces. You’ll have to use your hands to achieve that snug fit. They can also be difficult to clean because of the suede upper, but the immediate comfort and stylish design earn them our best overall spot. However, this can also make these slippers a bit difficult to slide on the first few times. As with all fur-lined Uggs, the fur will eventually flatten and mold to your foot for the perfect fit. A mix between a clog and a loafer, we found that the Tasman Slippers may feel a bit tight at first because of the thick layer of sheepskin inside. For especially brisk evenings, slip on the Ugg Tasman Slippers for an immediate hug from cozy fur. The Spruce Home Improvement Review Boardįur slippers offer optimal warmth and comfort, making them perfect for cold winter nights.
